Our client is a well-established Sydney architecture practice recognised for delivering thoughtful, design‑led projects across the multi residential, mixed use, commercial and hospitality sectors. With an excellent reputation for design quality, technical delivery and collaborative project outcomes, the practice continues to build on its strong presence within the industry.

Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of work, the studio is looking to appoint an Associate to join its leadership team.

This is an prospect to become more than just a project lead. You'll work closely with senior leadership, influence project outcomes, mentor emerging architects and play an important role in the continued growth and success of the practice.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This role is suited to an experienced architect who enjoys balancing leadership with hands‑on project involvement. You'll lead the delivery of complex multi residential projects while managing a team of approximately 4–5 people, building strong client relationships and contributing to a collaborative studio culture.

YOUR responsibilities will include:

- Leading projects from design development through to construction
- Managing and mentoring a team of approximately 4–5 architects and graduates
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders




- Overseeing project programmes, consultant coordination and technical delivery
- Maintaining a high standard of design quality and documentation
- Working closely with senior leadership to support project delivery and the ongoing success of the studio

YOU WILL BRING

- Minimum 10 years' architectural experience
- Strong Australian multi residential project experience
- Proven experience leading projects through documentation and construction
- Previous experience managing or mentoring a project team
- Excellent consultant coordination and client management skills
- Strong understanding of the NCC and Australian Standards
- Proficiency in Revit or ArchiCAD
- Architectural Registration is highly regarded
- Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
