Engineering Trades Australia is currently seeking experienced Labourers,Concreters and Concrete Repairers for a shutdown project based at the Mt Crosby East Bank Water Treatment Plant.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent shutdown work on a major water infrastructure project, with 10-hour shifts, competitive rates, and the opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced remediation team.

About the Role: Working within an operational water treatment environment, you'll be responsible for carrying out a range of concrete remediation and repair works to critical infrastructure. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in civil, industrial or infrastructure maintenance projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Concrete remediation and reinstatement
- Crack injection and epoxy repairs
- Concrete joint repairs
- Surface preparation and concrete grinding
- Application of repair mortars and cementitious renders
- Repairing spalled and deteriorated concrete
- Sealant installation
- Corrosion protection and inhibitor application
- Protective coatings and concrete repair systems
- Working safely around immersed and water-retaining concrete structures
About You:
- Previous experience in concrete remediation, repair or civil concreting
- Mask Fit Test - Highly regarded
- Experience with crack injection, repair mortars and protective repair systems
- White Card
- Current Driver's License and reliable transport
- Ability to pass site‑specific medicals and compliance requirements (if required)
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Experience on water treatment plants, bridges, tunnels, industrial facilities or major infrastructure projects will be highly regarded.
