BEST Employment is seeking a permanent, full time Human Resources Officer to join our not-for-profit team. The role is 38 hours per week, Monday–Friday, base at any BEST site, delivering HR services and systems support.
You will maintain employee records, coordinate recruitment and onboarding, prepare HR documentation and reports, and support employee engagement initiatives to strengthen the employee experience across the lifecycle.
