- Wednesdays & Thursdays 8am to 3pm

Our client has a love for music, especially the old school classics. A shared interest in music would mean there would be lots to talk about. On the other hand, you may enjoy arts and crafts. That would also be beneficial as our client loves to pass the time immersing herself in the creative arts.
The role will involve support with community access and personal care tasks. Reliability is a must for this position along with manual handling skills to support with hoist and wheelchair transfers, and you must be a confident driver.
We are looking for someone who is resilient, open minded, and has a caring nature so if this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
You will have support in your role via a comprehensive care plan and support from our awesome Support Specialist team.

To be successful you must…
- Have experience in the disability field
- Resonate with the role description above
- Be a decent, caring and compassionate human who wants to help our nations vulnerable
- Have awesome multitasking, prioritising skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Hold a NDIS Worker Screening Card and Working with Children Blue Card
- Have evidence of eligibility and right to work in Australia
- Have a genuine desire to positively change people's lives
- To deliver high quality support to our Clients in the capacity they require, the exact way they would like it delivered
- Communicate effectively and collaborate for our Clients needs with our Clients, team & Support Specialist
- Understand, follow instructions, and be responsive to our Clients needs
- Provide support to our Clients as required
- To support our Clients to achieve their NDIS Goals
- Have good rapport building skills and a gentle, encouraging manner
- Have an interest in building a respectful relationship with our Clients
- Be reliable, flexible and responsive to fill shifts when required
