Support Workers Wanted (Adult & Children's Services) - Westhaven

Make a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities. Westhaven is dedicated to creating positive change and fostering meaningful connections through personalised support, empowering clients from children to adults to live life the way they choose. We are currently looking for passionate individuals to join our team across both Adult and Children's Services.

Requirements

- Relevant experience in a care or support role; lived experience is encouraged.
- NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to drive.
- Paid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- NDIS Workers Check (NDISWC).
- Willingness to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Availability to work a 24/7 roster, including mornings, evenings, and sleepover shifts.

Key responsibilities

- Provide personalised care to clients of all ages, including personal care, daily living skills, and emotional support.
- Plan and attend appointments, school activities, and social outings to support community engagement and skill development.
- Provide a protected, nurturing environment for children and empower adults to maintain independence.
- Complete daily case notes, incident reports,



and other administrative tasks.
