Easy Storage is a locally owned self-storage facility in Rockingham with a 4.9-star Google rating — a reputation we’ve built one customer at a time. We’re looking for a hands-on Facility Manager to take ownership of the site, grow occupancy, and lead a small team of one to two staff.

This is a genuine leadership role with real autonomy. You’ll run the day-to-day operation, own the numbers, and have the freedom to make decisions and improve the business without waiting on head office.

About the Role

You’ll be accountable for the performance of the site — occupancy, revenue and customer experience. Day to day, that means:

• Converting enquiries into move-ins across phone, online and walk-in — you own the sales funnel end to end.

• Driving occupancy and revenue per square metre through pricing, promotions and rate reviews.

• Delivering the service standard behind our 4.9-star rating.

• Managing delinquency — arrears follow-up, debt collection processes.

• Monitoring local competitors and identifying opportunities to win share.

• Overseeing site presentation, unit inspections, maintenance and contractors.

• Handling banking, reporting and general site administration.

• Rostering, training and supporting a small team.

• Keeping our website, online bookings and pricing current.

About You

You must have:

• A proven record of converting enquiries into sales — be ready to talk numbers.

• Experience running a site,



branch or department with responsibility for budget or revenue.

• Confidence with online systems — bookings, CRM and customer databases.

• Solid administrative and financial skills, including collections or arrears management.

• Comfort with hands-on site work: walking the facility, unit inspections and outdoor work in summer heat.

• A current driver’s licence.

Desirable, but not essential:

• Self-storage, retail, property or hospitality management background.

• Digital and social media marketing experience.
