We are looking for a reliable and experienced Carpenter / Handyman to join our growing Building Services team.
About the Role
This is a hands‑on role suited to an all‑round tradesperson who enjoys a variety of maintenance work. You will attend multiple sites across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, carrying out general repairs and maintenance to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- General carpentry maintenance and repairs
- Plaster patching and painting
- Minor tile repairs and replacements
- Completing work safely, efficiently and professionally
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating with the operations team
About You
- Experience as a Carpenter,
Maintenance Carpenter or Handyman
- Strong all‑round maintenance skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Own tools
- Reliable vehicle
- Current Driver Licence
- White Card
- Cert III in Carpentry
- Ability to travel regularly throughout Brisbane, Gold Coast and surrounding areas (Southern East Queensland)
