As the Customer Banking Specialist in ourSunny Bank Branch,you’llbe theface of Commbank & thefirst personcustomersspeak with, you will:
Greet each customer & clearly understand theirenquiry, guiding the customer to theappropriate channel
Build personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations to enhance theirexperience
Provide options for the customer through education & demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options
Be aware of movements within the branch, ensuringit’srunning effectively & efficientlyandthatcustomers are satisfied with their experience
We’reinterested in people who have:
A proventrack recordof delivering exceptional Customer Service ideally in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality
Excellentcommunication skills & display all the right behaviours tomaintainan approachable & skilled demeanour
Theability to manage customer expectationswith a professional presence
