Casual Transcript Coordinator - Hybrid - Brisbane, Canberra, Darwin, Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney

Epiq, Australia's premium supplier of transcription services, has offices across Australia providing court reporting, e-discovery, e-trials, and transcription servicesfor government agencies, law firms and private clients.

The Role

We are seeking casual Transcript Coordinators with availability (Monday-Friday) to work in office in the CBD and work from home (hybrid).

Open to applicants across Australia. We are prioritising candidates who can commit to a hybrid arrangement, with at least two days to three days per week working in the office.We operate offices nationwide, with locations in Brisbane, Canberra, Darwin, Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney.

Transcript Coordinators are the workflow managers for our court reporting services. Allocating transcription work to typists across different jurisdictions and conducting document review. This is a team-based role, where you will work alongside a group of other coordinators and are provided support.





Key duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Allocating work to transcribers
- Complete audio checks and review transcripts produced to ensure accuracy and formatting guidelines met.
- Deliver transcripts to clients in accordance with production timelines.

What we’re looking for

- Administration, document review, coordinator, editor, transcription or legal experience are highly desirable
- Attention to detail with ability to cross check work
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Strong organisational skills with patience and focus

Full-time availability Monday – Friday to work in office and WFH as needed
