We're looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our two Hervey Bay fashion boutiques; Palma de Coco and Go Girl.
This is more than a retail job. It's a genuine career opportunity to manage 2 businesses with over $2 million in annual turnover combined, lead a passionate team and play a key role in driving sales, customer experience and store performance.
You'll be responsible for:
Leading and motivating a high-performing team across two stores
Driving sales and achieving performance targets
Visual merchandising and maintaining exceptional store presentation
Rostering, coaching and staff development
Stock management and day-to-day store operations
Delivering outstanding customer service every day
We're looking for someone with proven retail management experience, sales orientated, strong leadership skills,
commercial awareness and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll be a motivated, high-energy leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting and leads by example. This is a hands-on role, so you'll need to be physically fit and happy to be on your feet, merchandising, moving stock, and supporting the day-to-day operations of two busy stores. You're driven by results and see meeting sales targets as an exciting challenge rather than a task. You'll inspire your team to achieve outstanding results while delivering exceptional customer experiences every day.
