Shiels Jewellers is seeking a friendly, organised Customer Service Team Member to join our Support Office. The role is up to 3 days per week, with potential to increase during peak trading periods to support higher demand over Christmas and Recent Year.
You will respond to enquiries, resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and returns, and work with stores and internal teams to achieve positive outcomes. A calm, skilled approach and solid Microsoft 365 skills are essential.
