Job Description
Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders to drive performance and accountability.
Lead budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning activities.
Deliver insightful analysis across sales, margins, inventory, working capital and profitability.
Prepare and present monthly performance reviews and management reporting.
Support pricing reviews, customer profitability analysis and commercial decision-making.
Drive inventory governance, working capital improvements and balance sheet integrity.
Contribute to business improvement initiatives, cost reduction programs and process optimisation.
Ensure strong financial controls, compliance and governance standards are maintained.
The Successful Applicant
CA/CPA qualified.
Proven experience within manufacturing, FMCG, or a similarly complex operational environment.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders across both finance and operations.
Advanced financial modelling, analysis and business partnering capability.
Strong systems skills, with exposure to ERP and BI platforms highly regarded.
Comfortable operating in a agile environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
