VAT Talent is hiring on behalf of a client for an experienced
MuleSoft Architect
to join a growing integration and digital platforms team. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys building scalable integration solutions and leading best-practice API delivery.
Role Overview:
You will architect, design, build, and support MuleSoft integrations and APIs across enterprise systems, while also providing technical leadership and guidance on integration architecture and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop APIs and integrations using
MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
Lead and contribute to API-led connectivity and reusable integration patterns
Translate business and technical requirements into integration solutions
Troubleshoot performance and integration issues
Collaborate with architects,



developers, QA, and business stakeholders
Support CI/CD, testing, and release processes
Contribute to technical documentation and governance standards
Required Skills & Experience
Solid hands-on experience with
MuleSoft
architecture
Proven experience building REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations
Solid experience with
DataWeave
, connectors, and message transformations
Positive understanding of integration architecture and API design patterns
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
