A crucial position has arisen for an experienced commercial construction (high rise) site manager to join robust project team on a 5 day site.
Reporting to the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Oversee the construction of high rise apartments
Management of trades and subcontractors on site
Co-ordinate all site logistics including materials delivery and resource allocation
Ensure strict adherance to plans and specifications
Approval of subcontractor invoices
Regular liaison with PM to ensure budget and time constraints are met
Providing leadership to the site team
Long and short term programming




Our ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering high rise residential developments to a high quality and must be able to lead a team and manage a site effectively. You should have a reliable track record in the industry, with a sound knowledge of groundworks, concrete structures and multi-level builds. You will never have to worry about your subbies being paid on time, this company is part of a large global business.
