We're partnering with a global market leader to appoint an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team across Cairns, Townsville and Mackay.
With accountability for a $35m+ portfolio, this is a genuine leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on coaching people, building customer relationships and delivering commercial results. Specifically this will include:
Leading, coaching and developing a team of 8 sales professional
Driving revenue, margin and market share growth
Building and strengthening key customer relationships
Leading major tenders, proposals and commercial negotiations
Developing and executing regional sales strategies
Driving accountability through CRM, forecasting and performance management
Identify and convert current business opportunities.
You're an experienced sales leader with:




A proven track record leading successful sales teams
Solid sales coaching and people leadership capability
Commercial acumen and a growth mindset
Experience managing complex customer relationships
The ability to influence, challenge and inspire others to perform.
