Adairs Retail Group is seeking a Health & Safety qualified to lead day-to-day WHS compliance across our retail network and support office.
You will help reduce incidents, manage workers' compensation cases and drive a proactive safety culture across multiple sites.
You will partner with store leaders, prepare safety reporting, deliver trainings and monitor LTIFR/TRIFR metrics to ensure compliance with Australian WHS legislation.
