Bakery Customer Service Assistant - Immediate start

Do you love great food and providing exceptional customer service? We're looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and energetic Bakery Customer Service Assistant to join our busy and friendly team.

This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll be passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences, enjoy working as part of a supportive team, and thrive in a busy retail environment.

Our Ideal candidate will have flexibility to do opens at 5am and closes at 6pm. We are seeking someone with full availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, who is ready to jump into all aspects of bakery customer service.

Your duties will includebut not be limited to the following:

- Store set up - Packaging, wrapping different bakery products to be displayed on shelves.




- Arranging Cake and Food Displays.
- Slicing breads, heating pies, merchandising, Assisting Bakers/Pastry Chefs with packaging, serving customers.
- Providing exceptional Customer Service
- Taking orders over the phone
- Use of POS Registers
- EFTPOS & Cash Handling
- Cleaning & Sanitisation of display cabinets and direct work areas.

To be successful in this position, you must meet the following criteria:

- Must be available for an Immediate start!
- You must be Physically fit asthis role requires you to be able to lift and move products regularly.
- Be reliable and hard working.
- Be a Team player with good communication skills
- Have a passion for high-quality baked goods
- Previous experience within a Bakeryenvironment will be highly regarded
