APM WorkCare invites a Rehabilitation Consultant to support clients rebuilding confidence, independence and hope. You’ll meet clients in person or virtually to understand goals and challenges, and help them navigate recovery, return to work and daily life.
In this role, you’ll conduct vocational and psychosocial assessments, provide counselling to build resilience, and create achievable return-to-work plans with clients, employers and healthcare partners.
