Bianca Spender is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Boutique Manager to join our flagship concession within David Jones Sydney CBD.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven fashion professional who is passionate about exceptional customer experiences, sophisticated Australian design and building meaningful customer relationships.

Working closely with the Boutique Manager, you will support the day to day leadership and operation of the concession, inspire the team to deliver strong sales performance and play an important role in growing the Bianca Spender brand within David Jones.

About the Role

- Support the Boutique Manager with daily operations and overall concession performance
- Deliver an elevated and personalised customer experience
- Build lasting relationships with customers through proactive clienteling and outreach
- Assist with team coaching, development and performance management
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation
- Manage stock, administration and operational processes
- Identify opportunities to grow sales,



customer engagement and brand representation
- Act as the Boutique Manager when required

About You

- Has previous premium or luxury fashion retail experience
- Demonstrates a strong history of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Is confident inspiring a high performing team
- Has a genuine passion for styling
- Builds authentic, long term relationships with customers
- Is proactive, commercially minded and solutions focused
- Thrives in a fast paced department store environment
- Has strong communication, organisational and operational skills
