Administration Officer to provide reliable and flexible support across the organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a key member of our team, you’ll provide high-quality administrative and customer service support, including:
Managing phones and inboxes, triaging and escalating enquiries appropriately
Supporting records management, scheduling, filing, scanning and reporting
Assisting with audits, stocktakes, registers and compliance-related tasks
Extracting reports and supporting data entry and basic reporting
Providing backfill and cross-team administrative support
Contributing to small administrative projects and identifying opportunities to improve processes
This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys being proactive, collaborative and purpose driven.
About You
You’re a warm, organised and adaptable administrator who enjoys making things run smoothly behind the scenes. You bring:
Previous experience in administration or office support (reception,
data entry, record-keeping)
Strong customer service skills across phone, email and in-person interactions
Experience handling confidential and sensitive information in line with privacy requirements
Confidence using database systems
Intermediate computer & digital skills in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Word & Excel
Proven ability to prioritise, manage competing demands and adapt to changing needs
An approachable, respectful communication style aligned with our values of humility, kindness, respect and courage
Experience in healthcare and/or community services, small project or process improvement experience and a qualification in business or similar would be highly regarded.
