You will be involved in ICT sales, business customer engagement, solution recommendations, proposal preparation and assisting with tender opportunities.

What you'll be doing

Engaging with business customers to understand their technology requirements

Recommending suitable products and solutions including:

- IT support and Solutions
- Business phone systems
- Internet and NBN services
- Cyber security solutions
- Networking and Wi-Fi systems
- Firewalls and Multi-WAN solutions
- Video conferencing systems
- GPS tracking and video telematics
- Signal boosters and maritime communication solutions
- IT hardware and managed services
- AV and CCTV products

Providing product demonstrations and assisting customers with solution comparisons

Preparing quotes, proposals and assisting with tender submissions and project follow-up

Actively chasing potential customers and converting leads to closed sales.





Building long-term relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities

Processing sales transactions and maintaining accurate CRM and sales records

Assisting with inventory management and showroom presentation

Working closely with the technical and project teams to support deployments and customer onboarding

What we’re looking for

Some experience or background in IT, telecommunications or technology sales

ICT sales and customer service experience preferred

Minimum of 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience is required for this role.

Previous experience within the telecommunications industry is strongly preferred.

Experience dealing with business customers and commercial enquiries

Exposure to preparing quotes, proposals or tenders will be highly regarded

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Proven experience of convincing customer to buy the IT solution products

Demonstrate high closing rates for sales leads.

Confidence speaking with customers in person, over the phone and via email

Ability to learn and explain technical products in a simple and skilled manner

Self-motivated attitude with willingness to grow within the business

Experience in MSP, telecom, networking, cloud, cyber security or infrastructure sales is highly regarded.
