The Essentials
- White Card (General Induction).
- Mandatory: Proven Paint Mixing experience.
- Mandatory: Background in industrial/trade painting.
- Highly Regarded: Trade Quals, Forklift (LF), Gantry Crane, or Fabrication experience.
The Role
- Prep: Sanding, priming, and grinding weld spatter.
- Apply: Mixing and applying industrial coatings to a high standard.
- Detail: Interpreting technical drawings and specs for a flawless finish.
- Safety: Strict adherence to SOPs, SWMS, and workshop safety.
- Logistics: Using LF/Gantry to move components and attending sites for touch-ups.
