About the Role
As Gaming Manager, you'll work closely with the Venue Manager and wider venue leadership team to lead the gaming department through a hands-on, customer-facing leadership approach. You'll balance customer experience, team development,
compliance and operational performance while leading from the floor and supporting your team every shift.

- Lead from the floor, working shoulder to shoulder with your team to deliver a great customer experience
- Get to know your regulars and deliver the kind of service that keeps them coming back
- Keep gaming operations running smoothly while maintaining the highest compliance standards
- Play an active role in the wider leadership team and contribute to the success of the venue
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a Gaming Supervisor, Gaming Manager or similar leadership role
- Robust knowledge of gaming operations and compliance requirements
- A hands-on leader who enjoys developing people
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Current RSA and RCG essential, ARCG highly regarded
- Availability across nights, weekends and public holidays
