About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Assistant Development Manager and Development Graduate to support our development team.



Your role is critical in the successful delivery of boutique luxury projects, end-to-end.

This role suits someone who is hungry to learn every aspect of development and construction, has a strong work ethic, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be hands‑on, take ownership, and have a direct impact on outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting directing to the Head of Development and Delivery, the role will assist with:

- Acquisitions: Assist in conducting due diligence on potential acquisitions. Support coordination of acquisition processes.
- Town Planning: Assist in managing development applications and liaising with planning authorities.
- Project Design: Design projects from concept to completion
- Consultant Management: Manage the consultant team to deliver full projects from concept to completion
- Sales & Marketing: Assist in preparing product positioning, pricing strategies, sales strategies, branding, and marketing materials. Coordinate the execution of sales launches and marketing events.
- Feasibility: Assist in the preparation and review of feasibility studies.
- Settlements: Assist in final project handovers and completion documentation. Support purchaser communications and settlement processes.
- Mixed Use Precincts: Gain exposure and support the development and management of mixed-use precincts

The Successful Candidate

- Background in architecture, interior design, property development, construction, or related discipline (0–2 years’ experience favourable).
- A solid sense of design and documentation favourable
- High initiative, organised, and accountable - you follow through.
- Strong communicator who works well with consultants, agents, and internal teams.
- Experience with Bluebeam, Indesign or other design software favourable.
- A problem solver who wants to become an elite Development Manager and understands that quality matters.
- Be comfortable in the office and on site
