Randstad, in partnership with ALPA, is seeking a passionate Employment Consultant to support RAES participants across remote communities in Arnhem Land and Northern Australia. You will help participants obtain identification, set goals and remove barriers to participation.

Working under the Site Manager, you will manage casework in ECSN, provide post-placement support, coordinate logistics and reporting, and uphold ALPA's cultural practices while traveling to remote communities as needed.
