We’re looking for an experienced Brewer to join our production crew at Your Mates Brewing Co.

This is a hands‑on brewing and cellar role working across day‑to‑day beer production in our Warana brewery. We’re looking for someone who knows their way around a commercial brewery, can work independently, takes pride in quality and enjoys being part of a small, hardworking team.

We’re looking for an experienced Brewer to join our production crew at Your Mates Brewing Co.

This is a hands‑on brewing and cellar role working across day‑to‑day beer production in our Warana brewery. We’re looking for someone who knows their way around a commercial brewery, can work independently, takes pride in quality and enjoys being part of a small, hardworking team.

THE ROLE

- General brewing and cellar operations

- Wort production on our 5-vessel, 20 hL brewhouse

- Brewhouse capable of up to 4 turns per day

- Fermentation and maturation checks

- Tank transfers,



dry hopping and beer movements

- CIP and cleaning processes

- Yeast handling and general cellar work

- Quality checks and production record keeping

- Working closely with the wider production and packaging team

HOURS

Initially this is a morning shift from 5:00am–1:00pm, however this role is shift based and may be subject to rotating to afternoon shift 1:00pm-9:00pm in the future.

ABOUT YOU

- Previous commercial brewing experience is essential

- Confident working across both brewhouse and cellar operations

- Strong understanding of brewery hygiene, CIP and quality processes

- Reliable, organised and comfortable working independently

- Physically capable of the hands‑on nature of brewery work

- A valuable operator who communicates well and backs their teammates
