The Role
We are seeking a Client Manager / Broker Supportto join our team on a 12-month fixed-term parental leave contract. In this role, you will provide essential support to our brokers and ensure a smooth experience for our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Processing loan documentation from application through to settlement
- Accurately entering data into systems
- Managing phone enquiries for current and existing applications
- Providing administrative support to brokers
