We're excited to open applications for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the leadership team at Fabbrica CBD.
This role is ideal for a hospitality professional ready to step into leadership or build on existing management experience; someone who leads from the floor, supports their team, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
About the Role
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the venue. You'll be hands-on during service, help lead and motivate the team, and play a key role in maintaining Fabbrica’s high standards across food, service, and culture. This is a excellent opportunity to grow your leadership capability within Love Tilly Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily venue operations
- Lead shifts and deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Coach and support FOH teams on service standards and procedures
- Assist with rostering, labour control and break compliance
- Ensure compliance with RSA, WHS, and company policies
- Support onboarding and training of new team members
- Contribute to a positive, respectful and high-performing team culture
- Step into the Restaurant Manager role when required
About You
- Experience in a supervisory or senior FOH role
- Confident leading teams during busy service periods
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Passion for food, hospitality, and people
- Ready to grow into a broader leadership role
