The Opportunity

Shaw Contracting is embarking on an exciting phase of expansion in Tasmania's North West, and we are looking for Project Engineers to join our team.

Based primarily in the North West region, you will play a key role in delivering high impact civil infrastructure projects while working alongside experienced Project Managers and Supervisors. This position offers genuine exposure to diverse project types,



hands on technical leadership, and the prospect to make your mark on some of Tasmania's most significant infrastructure developments.

With our strong project pipeline and commitment to developing our people, this role provides a clear pathway to future opportunities within our growing business.

What You'll Do

- Provide technical and engineering support across a variety of civil projects.
- Interpret drawings, standards and specifications to guide site execution.
- Prepare and monitor ITPs, quality records and site documentation.
- Assist Project Managers with planning, budgets, schedules and reporting.
