Role Summary
We are looking for aTesting Leadwith solid expertise in bothManual and Automation Testing, particularly usingSelenium and Playwright.
The candidate will lead QA initiatives, define test strategies, ensure product quality, and mentor testing teams in Agile delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end QA activities across projects.
Create and executemanual and automated test cases.
Develop and maintain automation frameworks usingSelenium and Playwright.
Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, UAT, and API Testing.
Manage defect lifecycle using JIRA or similar tools.
Collaborate with Development, Product, and Business teams.
Drive test planning, estimation,



reporting, and release sign-offs.
Mentor QA team members and enforce testing best practices.
Required Skills
Strong experience inManual Testingand QA processes.
Hands‐on expertise inSelenium WebDriverandPlaywright.
API Testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or Playwright.
Robust understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
