We're looking for a proactive and passionate SHEQ Advisor to support the delivery of health, safety, environmental and quality initiatives across our projects and operations.

About the role
As a SHEQ Advisor, you will support the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of health, safety, environmental and quality management systems across a diverse range of projects and operational activities.
Working closely with leaders, employees, subcontractors and key stakeholders, you will assist in ensuring compliance with legislative,



contractual and company requirements while contributing to a secure, effective and high-performing workplace.
You will be involved in risk identification and management, incident investigations, workplace inspections, audits and compliance monitoring, helping to identify opportunities for improvement and supporting the implementation of corrective and preventative actions.
The role will also play an important part in maintaining SHEQ records and systems, preparing documentation and reports, coordinating training and inductions, and monitoring performance against key safety and quality objectives.
As a visible and trusted advisor, you will provide practical guidance to operational teams on critical risk activities, support permit and compliance processes, and contribute to fostering a positive safety culture where hazard reporting, accountability and continuous improvement are encouraged at every level.
