About the role: As a Fulfilment Manager at Dan Murphy's Hawthorn East, you will lead the store team in maintaining optimal stock levels, driving sales and customer satisfaction.
This role offers operational exposure across the business and a career path within the Endeavour Group.
Responsibilities
Help build a culture centred around people development and excite the team about inventory control and stock movement.
Create succession plans and deliver regular training to store team, inspiring continuous improvement.
Elevate your team through regular coaching and mentoring, empowering them to be self‐sufficient and achieve accuracy across store inventory levels.
Collaborate with store leaders to understand customer needs for key events and peak periods to achieve maximum revenue growth.
Create an inclusive environment that embraces diversity.
Qualifications & Expectations

Deep understanding of how effective inventory management drives revenue growth.
Authentic, analytical and attentive.




Knowledgeable about people management and a passion for coaching and engaging teams.
Excellent planning and organisational skills to keep the team on track and deliver outcomes.
