The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman to join our team on a 2 weeks on, 1 week off roster. This role will oversee road construction projects across regional Queensland, ensuring compliance with DTMR and local council specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations for DTMR and council roadworks projects
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards
- Manage subcontractors, plant, and materials to achieve project milestones
- Conduct site inspections,



toolbox talks, and risk assessments
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to maintain project progress
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries and QA documentation
- Operate and delivery of plant and equipment as required

Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience supervising DTMR and council roadworks projects
- Strong understanding of MRTS specifications, traffic management, and road construction methodologies
- Ability to manage teams, coordinate works, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with stabilisation, drainage, pavement construction, and bitumen sealing is highly desirable
- Strong commitment to workplace health & safety and environmental compliance
- Current White Card, Driver License (MC preferred), and relevant tickets
- Multi Skilled Operator with appropriate tickets and skills.
