The Elsa Clinic is an independent gynaecology and fertility clinic located in the Sutherland Shire, with a holistic and personalised approach to providing specialised care to our patients and their families.

This role is adaptable for the right person, permeant part time or full time.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated nurse who has an interest in gynaecological & reproductive medicine to join our team.Ideally we would like to hire someone who also has medical receptionist experience, as we are a small team, the nurse will also need to help with receptionist duties.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Data entry and clinical updates

Assistance at on-site procedures

Patient, staff and doctor liaison

Delivery of results and associated treatment as communicated to you





Coordinating medical treatments

scanning and filing

answer calls and making appointments

theatre bookings and taking payments

reporting to the Practice Manager and Doctor

claiming with Medicare and Private Health Funds

Mandatory Requirements:

2+ years experience in clinical assistance

Current and valid AHPRA registration

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Previous experience in general medical, IVF or Reproductive Medicine

Familiar with Gentu/Magentus Medical Practice Software
