Pathways Longueville is seeking a compassionate, motivated and experienced Lifestyle Coordinator to join our dedicated Lifestyle Team. In this rewarding role, you will design and deliver innovative lifestyle and wellbeing programs that enrich the physical, emotional, social, cultural and spiritual wellbeing of our residents.
Working within our premium boutique aged care residence, you will have the opportunity to build genuine relationships with residents and their families while making a lasting impact through person-centered care and meaningful engagement.

About the Role
As our Lifestyle Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in enhancing residents' quality of life by creating engaging lifestyle programs that promote wellbeing, independence and social connection.
You'll have the freedom to bring fresh ideas, build meaningful relationships and create memorable experiences that support each resident's emotional, physical, cultural and social wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and delivering innovative lifestyle and wellbeing programs that promote purpose, choice and enjoyment.
- Planning and facilitating engaging individual and group activities tailored to residents' interests, abilities and personal preferences.
- Encouraging independence, social connection and meaningful participation through person-centred engagement.
- Supporting residents living with dementia by implementing evidence-based, person-centred approaches that foster comfort,
familiarity and belonging.
- Coordinating special events, celebrations, cultural activities, entertainment and community outings that create memorable experiences.
- Building strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, volunteers and the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, resident-focused care.
- Conducting lifestyle assessments, developing individualised care plans and maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative and values driven team culture that reflects our commitment to Harmony, Respect and Trust.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring all lifestyle programs are delivered in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards and best practice principles.
About You
We're looking for someone who is compassionate, energetic and genuinely enjoys making a positive impact in the lives of older people.
You’ll bring:
- Bachelor of Health Science (Recreation Therapy), Cert IV in Leisure & Health or equivalent
- Previous experience within aged care, health or community services
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of older Australians
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Creativity, initiative and enthusiasm when planning activities
- Experience supporting people living with dementia (highly desirable)
- Strong organisational and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
