Service Desk / Customer Service Officer - Immediate Start | Pemulwuy

Location: Pemulwuy, NSW

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Pay Rate: $33.85 per hour

We are currently seeking a motivated and hands-on Service Desk / Customer Service Officer to join our client's busy team in Pemulwuy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers while also being practical and confident using tools to complete minor product repairs and component replacements.

About the Role

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional face-to-face service while assisting with the assessment and repair of products. Full training will be provided on the products and processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional face-to-face customer service.
- Assess products and identify basic faults.
- Replace components and complete minor repairs.




- Update customer information and service records.
- Prepare products for return to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.

To Be Successful You Will Have

- Previous experience in a customer service or service desk role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
- A hands-on approach with the ability to change components on products.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude and reliable work ethic.
- The ability to commence immediately.
