As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Marketing & Communications Coordinator to take ownership of our marketing activities, client communications and brand presence.

The Role

This is a newly created role responsible for ensuring ClubIT consistently communicates with clients, generates new business opportunities, and maintains a robust presence across digital channels.

You will work closely with our leadership team, sales team and technical specialists to develop campaigns, create content, manage advertising, coordinate client communications and support business growth initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is highly organised,



and can balance marketing responsibilities with occasional administrative support tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Communications

- Develop and distribute monthly client newsletters and communications
- Coordinate marketing campaigns including EOFY promotions, cybersecurity awareness campaigns, AI workshops and technology refresh programs
- Create and schedule social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
- Produce and edit short-form video content and reels
- Maintain and improve ClubIT marketing collateral, brochures and promotional materials
- Assist with website updates and landing page creation
- Coordinate client success stories, testimonials and case studies

Digital Marketing

- Manage and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and provide monthly reporting
- Support lead generation activities and nurture campaigns
- Assist with CRM marketing activities and database management

Business Development Support

- Support lead generation initiatives
- Assist with event promotion and webinar coordination
- Help identify opportunities within existing client accounts
- Support targeted marketing campaigns into key growth regions including Sydney and Northern NSW

Administration Support

- Answer incoming phone calls when required
- Assist with general office administration tasks
- Support the team with scheduling and coordination activities
- Maintain a professional first impression for clients and prospects contacting ClubIT
