The role:
- Folio-based portfolio
- Oversee leasing, maintenance coordination, and rental arrears
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Ensure compliance with current QLD legislation and best practice
- Maintain accurate and timely records using PropertyMe / IRE systems
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with landlords, tenants, and service providers
- Office vehicle provided for field work and portfolio visits when necessary
About you:
- Proven experience in property management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Current QLD Real Estate Licence
- Experience with PropertyMe and IRE preferred (but not essential)
