Good Good Company is seeking a Guest Experience Manager for full-time, ongoing work across its Manly venues. You will lead service standards, guest relations, and feedback programs, developing and embedding group-wide frameworks with a focus on consistency and commercial outcomes.
You will report to the Group Operations Manager and collaborate with Venue Managers to drive quality, compliance, and performance across all sites, coaching leaders and ensuring a solid customer experience culture.
