Caravan Manufacturing Assembly/Fitter

Austrack Campers is seeking general factory hands to join our team. As a full time role based in our Caboolture, Queensland facility, you will play a key part in the manufacturing and assembly of our range of high-quality caravans and camper trailers.

Your day might be assisting in the Manufacturing of our Luxury offroad units or helping the team assemble our other products from other brands. From assembly to quality control, there is something always to do!

What you'll be doing

- Assemble and fit out caravans and camper trailers from start to finish, ensuring a high-quality finish
- Carry out a variety of manufacturing and assembly tasks, including framing, panelling, wiring, plumbing, and installing fixtures and fittings




- Operate a range of hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
- Collaborate with the wider manufacturing team to meet production targets and deadlines

What we're looking for

- Experience in a similar caravan, camper trailer or manufacturing assembly role (Not required but encouraged)
- Strong practical skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishing
- Proficient in the use of a range of hand and power tools
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to workplace health and safety
