We are seeking an organised, customer-focused
Caravan Delivery Coordinator
to join our team in Burleigh Heads. This role is responsible for coordinating the delivery of used caravans and Tuff Track Campers, ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth and skilled handover experience from final preparation through to collection or delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate caravan deliveries with customers.
Liaise with the sales, service, and parts departments to ensure caravans are delivery-ready.
Confirm all pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and accessories are completed on time.
Prepare delivery paperwork, registrations, and warranty documentation.
Conduct customer handovers, explaining caravan features and operation.
Coordinate transport and delivery logistics where required.
Maintain accurate records and delivery schedules.
Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after delivery.




Skills & Experience
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Solid communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.
Computer literacy and experience with scheduling or dealership software (preferred).
Knowledge of caravans or the RV industry is an advantage but not essential.
