The Opportunity
You will advise clients across a broad range of Environment & Planning matters, including:
Strategic and statutory planning
Environmental licensing and compliance
Environmental impact assessments




Cultural heritage matters
Land acquisition projects
Planning and environmental advice for public and private sector clients
This role offers the opportunity to work on matters from initial strategy through to implementation, developing strong client relationships while building broad technical expertise across the Environment & Planning landscape.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Approximately 3 to 4 years' post qualification experience in Environment and/or Planning law
Experience gained within a reputable commercial law firm or an in‐house legal team
Strong drafting, analytical and problem‐solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
A commercial approach to delivering practical legal advice
Knowledge of Recent South Wales planning legislation will be highly regarded
