In this role you will take ownership of the full bid lifecycle, working on strategically important opportunities that help shape Ventia's future growth while delivering cutting-edge solutions for our customers.
Reporting to the Lead Bid Manager, you'll lead the planning, development and delivery of complex tenders, proposals and EOIs, working closely with operational, technical, commercial and executive stakeholders across the business.

About The Role
As Bid Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in securing new business and strengthening Ventia's market position. You'll be empowered to manage opportunities end-to-end, develop winning strategies and produce compelling submissions that clearly articulate Ventia's capabilities and value proposition.
Key Responsibilities Include
Leading the end-to-end delivery of tenders, proposals and EOIs
Managing bid programmes, governance and submission schedules
Developing pursuit and submission strategies aligned to customer requirements and business objectives
Coordinating and refining high-quality written responses, executive summaries and presentations
