Founded in Australia and now listed on a major international exchange, the business develops and operates large-scale, renewable-powered data centre infrastructure across the globe.
The Role
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced projects and construction lawyer to join a high-performing and collaborative legal team.
Reporting to senior legal leadership and working closely with executive stakeholders, this role will take ownership of a broad range of projects, construction, procurement and infrastructure matters supporting the development, delivery and operation of large-scale data centre assets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the negotiation, drafting and management of major project and procurement agreements, including EPC contracts, design-build agreements, master services agreements, master product agreements and subcontractor arrangements.
Partner closely with procurement, project development, construction delivery and operations teams throughout the full project lifecycle.
Advise on legal and commercial risk from project inception through construction, commissioning and ongoing operations.




Support procurement strategy, vendor selection processes and supply chain contracting arrangements.
Contribute to the development of scalable legal templates, contracting frameworks, policies and processes to support continued growth.
Ideal Candidate
Have approximately 15+ years' post-admission experience gained within a leading law firm and/or sophisticated in-house environment.
Possess solid expertise across construction, projects, procurement and infrastructure contracting.
Have experience advising on complex, multi-phase infrastructure, energy or major capital projects.
Demonstrate robust commercial acumen and the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.
Be a confident negotiator capable of managing sophisticated counterparties and large contractor relationships.
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth workplace and enjoy working closely with commercial and operational stakeholders.
Be practical, solutions-focused and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
