Design & Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple high-end residential projects in Melbourne. You will lead a team of Site Managers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
You will build solid relationships with clients, architects, consultants and subcontractors, developing detailed schedules and proactive risk management. A Building & Construction qualification or equivalent is preferred.
