Australia-based Contracts Officer role, based at the Smithfield office, reports to the Commercial Manager. You will review major contract documents for legal/commercial concerns and work with internal teams to modify clauses to protect the client's interests.
You will also review supplier/subcontractor departures, manage document filing, and assist with commercial queries, notices, and claims. Mentoring chance for senior staff.
