The Role Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:
Preventative and breakdown maintenance on manufacturing equipment
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults
Working on conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, hydraulics and pneumatics




Completing scheduled maintenance tasks
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
Liaising with production to minimise downtime
About You
Trade Qualified Mechanical Fitter/Fitter & Turner
Previous maintenance experience within manufacturing, FMCG, packaging, food, plastics, or heavy industry
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics and conveyor systems
Able to work independently and within a team
Commitment to safety and quality
Australian working rights
Desirable
Welding and fabrication experience
Experience working in automated manufacturing
Confined Space and Working at Heights tickets (advantageous)
