Endeavour Foundation in Caloundra is seeking a hands-on Shift Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of our Recycling & Waste facility. You will be the 2IC on shift, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with environmental requirements while guiding a diverse team.
You will coordinate staff, inspect sites, manage hazards, report incidents, and build solid relationships with contractors, customers and council reps.
