Priceline Pharmacy Chatswood is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Pharmacy Assistant to join our team on a casual basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a customer-focused pharmacy environment located in Chatswood NSW 2067. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacy operations and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and care. Your contribution will directly impact the smooth running of our pharmacy and the wellbeing of our community.

What you'll be doing

- Assisting customers with over-the-counter medication selection and providing general product information
- Processing customer transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Restocking shelves and maintaining pharmacy displays in an organised and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and assisting with stock management tasks
- Providing administrative support to the pharmacy team, including answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Supporting the pharmacist with prescription preparation and labelling under their supervision
- Maintaining a clean, hygienic and safe work environment in accordance with pharmacy standards
- Greeting customers warmly and responding to enquiries with professionalism and courtesy

What we're looking for

- Previous experience working in a retail or pharmacy setting (preferred but not essential)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills,



with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team whilst also demonstrating initiative and reliability
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift items safely
- A genuine interest in healthcare and helping customers
- Flexibility to work various shifts throughout weekdays, including weekends and public holidays as required for casual work
