This gig is all aboutthe overall success ofswimstersand the delivery of exceptional swim classes to children and adults. With end-to-endresponsibilities,you’llprovide asafe environment, maximise revenue opportunities, keep an eye on the costs and guarantee afun andeasy wayto learn how to swim.

Aday in the life

Provide heartfelt service and exceptionalswimstersmanagement in line with our customer experience strategy and brand standards (all running like clockwork).

Manage the delivery of the swimexperience creating an environment whereswimstersare soengaged and entertained, theydon’teven realisethey’re learning to swim.

Oversee the wide range of swimming age and skill levels to ensure all suitably assessed.

Ensure all interactions are warm, queries are answered and feedback handled effectively.

Maximise timetabling efficiencies, maintainratios and overseeday-to-day bookings.

Ensure all areas ofswimsters are safe and clean and reflects the highest standard.

Always advocatewatersafety,swim survivalskillsandmaintain awareness of child protection law.

Ensure an overall safe workplace forstudents,carersandall oftheteam.

Recruit, coach, develop and motivate theswimstersteam to achieve agreed targets.

Work to achieve membership and revenue and to operatewithin agreed expense budgets, with accountability for the overall financial performance ofswimsters.

Liaise with the HOD (‘Head of Dept’) team to assess, monitorand improveswimstersstrategies and support the team where possible.

You have yourAUSTSWIMcertificate, 2+ years leadership experience in aswim school, your first aid,flexibility to work a non-traditional scheduleandyourWorking with Children Check. You may also haveyour Infant and Preschool Aquaticsqual,



Access and Inclusion qual or Teacher of Adults qual. A+ for you.

You have aligned experience. You love to create educational (yet entertaining)swim lessons, building trust andsafety.You’re well versed across various ages and skill levels.

You are people-focused. Youenjoyteaching children to swim.You’rewarm,honestand genuine. Delivering and teaching othershow to deliversupreme swim experiencesmakes you feel warm and fuzzy inside.
